How can I pay for memberships?For all One-Time payments, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards. For any recurring type of longer term memberships, we accept only Visa, Mastercard, and Visa-Debit.

What happens to my membership if I am injured?Injuries are part of life, although in our experience, we know that strength training and mobility work is imperative to quick and effective recovery. You may speak to one of our coaches to find out what you need to do for proper rehabilitation, or we may refer you to the appropriate professional within our community of health specialists.

What do I need to become a member?All you need is a valid identification document which states you full name, home address, and birth date.

Declined recurring paymentsThere is a 7$tx fee for decline credit card transactions. Please advise us in advance if you believe a transaction will not pass for whatever reason. We may hold it, or you may pay with another method in that case.

What is the cancelation policy?There are no cancelation options for memberships under 12 months. For the annual membership, the fee is the equivalent of THREE MONTHS at the current price of the membership.

Do memberships renew automatically?Automatically, no. Although, if you wish to preserve your current price, you may ask for the option anytime before the final month of your membership.

Can I freeze my membership?We do not offer any freeze to contracts unless of a medical emergency.
